Market Connect is a boutique marketing execution firm helping major food and consumer brands bring strategy to life. We specialize in creative content production, digital design services, branded products & apparel, and sourcing services.

We’re looking for a digital designer with strong executional chops and a sharp eye for layout, typography, and detail. You’ll create high-quality brand materials across digital and print—from social assets and digital banners to sell sheets and exhibition environments. This is a fully remote role with a high level of autonomy. You'll work closely with our small internal team, not directly with clients.

What You’ll Do
Design marketing materials: digital ads, social, signage, sell sheets, catalogs, more
Translate creative direction into polished, brand-aligned visuals
Own your projects from start to finish with minimal oversight

What You Bring
5+ years of experience, ideally with agencies or marketing teams
Expertise in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
Strong visual judgment and attention to detail
Organized, self-directed, and comfortable with fast-paced timelines

Bonus Points
Experience with food or CPG brands
Print production and display design
Brand toolkits and asset libraries
Basic video editing for social media
