Variate is seeking a passionate Senior UX Designer to create innovative, user-centered designs that elevate brands and drive impact. As a Senior UX Designer, you will lead large-scale projects, creating impactful designs from brand assets to comprehensive systems, even without established standards. Building strong client relationships and gathering feedback will be key, as will leveraging AI tools to optimize workflows and integrating WCAG accessibility standards for inclusivity.

We’re looking for candidates with 5+ years of UX or product design experience, advanced Figma proficiency for design systems and prototypes, and a proven ability to deliver high-quality work. Strong problem-solving skills, initiative, and adaptability to design trends are essential.
