This position reports to the Creative Services Manager and works closely with the Associate Creative Director (ACD) and videographer. As a Copywriter & Social Media Strategist, you’ll create evergreen monthly content and quarterly strategies focused on ROI and long-term social success for clients.
You’ll also adapt to the dynamic needs of our growing team, contributing to content creation, client communication, and campaign logistics. We’ll provide tools and resources to help you thrive in this role.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy
- Develop strategies for cohesive social media ecosystems, blending organic and paid content.
- Create quarterly plans and monthly content calendars aligned with client goals.
- Tie efforts to ROI and business objectives.
- Stay ahead of social trends to position clients as industry leaders.
Creative Copywriting
- Write platform-specific copy for organic posts, ads, and landing pages.
- Align creative concepts with business goals and social trends.
- Collaborate with the ACD and videographer for cohesive messaging.
Collaboration & Adaptability
- Assist with client communication and logistical needs like booking talent and locations.
- Maintain a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
Performance Analysis
- Monitor and analyze metrics to adjust strategies.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve ROI and content impact.
- Present results and future opportunities to clients.
