Hot Damn! it's a Internship job

The #HT40 Foundation is a 501c3 Charity working to help young men and women be there for one another. Our first initiative is called the Shoulder Check. After just one year its already gained national attention. We worked with our partners at Droga5 to create the idea and while they are still 100% on the team, we're now ready to bring someone on staff on our side to take over some of our channels. So we're looking for the right-minded, right-skilled person to join us and help continue to build the idea. Specifically, our site, presentation materials and social content.

We've got it listed here as an internship, but that's because we couldn't check the "or freelance" button. The idea is to find the right partner and work together for a set number of hours each week and against a clear list of deliverables. On our side, we're career brand builders and agency runners, so we know how to work together. On the salary front, we're thinking about an hourly rate based approach against a fixed number of hours a week or month. But if there is a better way to do it, we're open to that too.
