Can You Believe It?! it's a Full-time job

MACLYN, a boutique marketing agency in Naperville, IL, is looking for a Junior Art Director. As a member of our Creative Team, you will collaborate with talented artists, writers and strategists to design digital and print materials, while honing your skills. The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in design principles, but is eager to learn more.
The candidate should be comfortable with the Adobe creative suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Premiere.

The Jr. Art Director will work directly with the Creative Director, Art Directors and Account/Strategy team on projects for various clients. Early on, most projects will involve print and digital advertisements (still images and gifs). However, as they hone their skills, they may undertake more complex work, such as concepting original campaigns and editing videos.

Note: This is a hybrid position. On in-office days, the Jr. AD must work at Maclyn’s Naperville location during regular business hours. The Maclyn team currently works in-office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, and works remotely on Mondays and Fridays. This is subject to change.
