This role will work closely with cross-functional teams, driving the ideation & execution of various client programs & partnerships activations & brand promotions.

You’ll be a part of a team that pushes boundaries, is obsessed with ideas, & champions out-of-the-box thinking, keen on producing head-turning work that drives consumer engagement & builds strong emotional connections.

You enjoy ideating big concepts just as much as writing & telling compelling stories in words that move people. Presenting is your jam - something you love & comes naturally to you. You’re fearless, passionate & imaginative - you’ll push the boundaries of strategic storytelling & concept creation.

Responsibilities
-Interpret & interrogate briefs to create work that wow’s & is strategically driven, thought-provoking & compelling - not just "cool"
-Confidently present fresh perspective & big idea thinking that’s strategically grounded
-Maintain a passionate understanding & working knowledge of client's business, brand, consumer, & competitive landscape to inform insightful brand engagements
-Manage & grow junior creatives while helping lead our copy discipline
-Oversee & develop brand guidelines that define tone & copy direction of our brands (& other brand products) through various channels & applications
-Collaborate with clients & internal partners: marketing, technology, product, developers etc.
-Ensure a consistent writing approach for our copy discipline & copywriters/content creators

Skills
-6+ years of creative copywriting experience in an agency or brand space
-Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, able to inspire others and sell creative vision
-You write clear, succinct, persuasive copy.
-Adaptable, skilled in switching tone of voice.
-Strong grasp of developing and overseeing copy and content creation for promotions, social, brand campaigns, brand guidelines, online advertising, site content, etc.
-Strong portfolio with examples of recent projects demonstrating creative thinking and flawless execution
-Experience developing tv and/or online video scripts, and knowledge of the production, casting and execution of them
-Have critical attention to detail (when it comes to copy and the copy craft)
-Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple client projects and demands at once
