At Havenly, I changed the company’s complete approach to social media advertising by introducing UGC-style video content, and leveraging organic video trends that resonated with our audience. I worked on three brands under one team; Havenly, the interior design services platform, and it’s owned and operated furniture and home decor brands, Interior Define and The Inside. The Growth team’s strategy to marketing all three on social operated on a rolling basis, where we regularly tested and added in new content, to prevent performance fatigue over time and boost time-sensitive promotions.
I led art direction and ideated concepts for paid social marketing across the three brands, drawing insights from what did well organically, and tapping into relevant social trends that resonated with our audience.
